We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience and a strong understanding of SEO strategies for international markets, particularly the USA, Canada, and Australia.
You will be responsible for planning and executing SEO campaigns, improving organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and delivering measurable results for clients across multiple industries.
Experience in a team leadership, mentoring, or SEO lead role will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies for international clients.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for website improvement.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page elements.
- Develop and implement effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate with content, development, and other teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, search engine guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Work on local, national, and international SEO campaigns depending on client requirements.
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with client business goals and target markets.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and digital marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple client campaigns and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Leadership Responsibilities – Added Advantage
Candidates with previous leadership or team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives.
- Review SEO strategies and campaign execution by team members.
- Conduct quality checks on SEO deliverables.
- Assist in planning team workflows and campaign priorities.
- Support the SEO Manager/Team Lead in achieving overall team and client goals.
- Help train team members on SEO tools, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of proven hands-on experience in SEO is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Keyword Research.
- Experience working with international SEO campaigns, preferably for USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of website architecture, internal linking, indexing, crawling, canonicalization, redirects, and other technical SEO concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in handling or mentoring a team is an advantage.
Shift & Work Requirements
- Night Shift is mandatory as the role involves working with clients primarily based in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-facing international environment.
- Willingness to work according to international time zones when required.
