Full job description

Position: IBM Sterling OMS Developer
Experience: 7+ Years
Employment Type: Full Time / Contract
Work Mode: Remote

7+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) development and implementation.
Strong experience working with IBM Sterling OMS and Omnichannel solutions, including enterprise-scale implementations and customizations.
Develop and customize Call Center and Store-facing User Interfaces within the Sterling Omnichannel platform.
Strong programming expertise in Java, with the ability to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with Angular 13+ for front-end development, UI customization, and integration with backend services.
Strong understanding of XML and JSON, including data structures, transformation, processing, and integration requirements.
Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and web services to support OMS and omnichannel business processes.
Experience working with microservices-based architectures and modern application integration patterns.
Understanding of secure integration patterns, authentication, authorization, API security, and enterprise application connectivity.
Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex OMS issues, optimize solutions, and contribute to successful end-to-end delivery and production support.
