Location -Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
As Document Controller, manage engineering documentation, document revisions, transmittals, approvals and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Responsibilities:
➢Application of the Document Control Process,
➢Check of administrative compliance of the technical documentation,
➢Initiation of documents approval flow,
➢Management of internal distribution lists,
➢Internal distribution of the technical documentation to the execution teams,
➢Coherence of technical documentation data basis,
➢Completeness of project management tools such as the Master Document Lists of projects,
➢Archival storage of the technical documentation,
➢Data encoding such as employees time sheets.
Background, Skills and Competencies
➢Education & Experience 1-2 years' experience preferably in technical or industrial context as Document Controller
➢Graduate in Arts / Science / Commerce
➢Good written and oral skills in English
➢Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
➢Data Base Management
➢Archive of Engineering documents from order booking to drawings issue to cross functional team
➢Basic Knowledge of power BI , SAP
➢Knowledge of Audit execution
