About DigiPath AI

DigiPath AI (Life Scanners HealthCare Pvt. Ltd.) builds AI-powered cancer screening technology — including VELscope Vx and DNA Ploidy analysis — to make early detection of oral and cervical cancer faster, more accessible, and more accurate. We're building the automation backbone for a cancer-screening awareness campaign reaching thousands of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to design and run the lifecycle engine behind our lead generation: segmented nurture sequences, a working lead-scoring model, and a clean CRM-to-sales handoff. You'll own the automation stack end to end — from campaign logic to the monthly funnel report. This is hands-on execution, well suited to someone at a SaaS company looking for evening/weekend project work.

What You'll Own

Nurture Sequences: Design and run segmented nurture sequences tailored to dentists, labs, and patients — each with its own messaging and cadence.
Lead Scoring: Build and maintain a lead-scoring model thatreliably identifies MQLs.
CRM-to-Sales Handoff: Design the CRM-to-sales handoff workflow so qualified leads reach the sales team quickly and with full context.
Reporting: Deliver a monthly funnel report covering email performance, lead-to-MQL conversion, and handoff speed.
CRM Management: Configure and maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, and integrations to keep customer/patient lifecycle tracking accurate.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot/Marketo/CRM experience, including B2B lifecycle and lead-nurture work
Marketing Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo, including workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
CRM Integration Experience: Experience setting up CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
B2B Lifecycle Experience: A track record designing lead-nurture sequences for long B2B sales cycles (6+months).
Segmentation Judgment: A clear approach to segmenting distinct decision-maker types — e.g., dentists vs. pathology lab buyers — differently.
Analytical & Independent: Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working independently.
Availability: Able to commit a reliable 8–10 hours/week.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, medtech, or wellness
CRM auditing and optimization experience
Experience working alongside marketing or growth teams
Experience at a SaaS company, especially dental or healthcare SaaS
