Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Industry: Gold & Diamond Jewellery
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
Handle office documentation, records, and filing.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Handle attendance, staff coordination, and basic employee records.
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related activities.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, calls, and correspondence.
Prepare basic reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
Assist management with administrative and operational requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
2–6 years of experience in Administration / Office Management.
Experience in the Jewellery / Gold & Diamond industry will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Should be responsible, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks.
Knowledge of local vendors and services in Bangalore will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: As per company requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
