Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Lead with expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and scalable backend services while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

Build RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.

Collaborate with the front-end development team for seamless integration of user interfaces.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.

Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

Implement automated testing and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.

Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django and DRF.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of Python programming.

Deep understanding of the Django web framework and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
