About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially strong Purchase Manager to manage procurement, vendor & brand relationships, negotiations, product availability, inventory, and purchase margins.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchase & procurement.
Plan purchases based on sales, demand and stock levels.
Negotiate pricing, margins, discounts, schemes and credit terms.
Manage brands, distributors, suppliers and vendors.
Monitor inventory, ageing stock and product availability.
Track purchase orders, deliveries and shortages.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounts.
Monitor schemes, incentives, margins and commercial benefits.
Drive cost optimization and inventory turnover.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Relevant experience in Electronics & Home Appliances / Consumer Durables is STRICTLY REQUIRED.

Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Ideal Candidate

5–10 years of Purchase / Procurement experience.
Strong knowledge of Electronics & Home Appliance brands and products.
Excellent vendor & brand negotiation skills.
Good understanding of dealer/distributor networks.
Strong commercial, analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with multi-brand electronics retailers/distributors is an advantage.
