Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Eltro Cyberchrome Private Limited is a Private Limited IT Company providing Business Development Solutions to businesses across multiple industries. Established in 2019, the company has spent years developing practical systems and innovative solutions designed to simplify business operations and support sustainable growth.

Our team develops a wide range of digital products, including business management systems, ERP solutions, CRM platforms, e-commerce applications, educational platforms, healthcare solutions, logistics systems, finance applications, AI-powered solutions, SaaS products, and custom web and mobile applications for clients across different industries.

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and manage high-performing digital advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Develop campaign strategies for lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, and conversion optimization.
Create and optimize ad creatives, headlines, copy, and landing page recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting.
Configure and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Generate detailed campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Perform A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments.
Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and project coordinators to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with Google Ads
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Pixel & Conversion API
Keyword Research and Campaign Planning
Conversion Tracking and Event Configuration
Audience Segmentation and Remarketing
Budget Management and Bid Strategy Optimization
Landing Page Performance Analysis
A/B Testing
Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for continuous learning and digital marketing innovation.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
