Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Retail & Marketing AM Multiple locations across India. As a Management Trainee you will be part of a dynamic team working on strategic Retail and Marketing initiatives. Youll gain hands-on experience in solving real-world business challenges contributing to projects across merchandising customer engagement pricing strategy and digital marketing. Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and implementation of retail and marketing strategy / process / operation for clients across industries. - Contribute to assortment planning space planning pricing optimization and inventory management using data-driven insights. - Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer insights studies for informed - business decisions. - Support development of business proposals presentations and reports for client - stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics digital and operations to design and implement deliver end-to-end solutions. - Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing sessions thought leadership - and process improvement projects. - Learn and apply emerging tools and technologies for marketing generative AI CRM data analytics and automation. - Contribute to digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce enablement loyalty programs and personalization engines.
