Position: PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer

Experience: 4-7 Years
Location: Bhuj, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Delta).
Design and configure HMI applications for industrial automation.
Design electrical control panels using AutoCAD Electrical.
Select electrical components, sensors, and instrumentation for SPM (Special Purpose Machines).
Perform control panel wiring, field wiring, commissioning, machine testing, calibration, and validation.
Configure communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and Ethernet.
Integrate servo drives, AC motors, VFDs, and motion control systems.
Coordinate with the Mechanical Design and Production teams for project execution.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure machine performance, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems.

Required Skills:

Preferred Industry:

Education Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Candidates with relevant certifications in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or AutoCAD Electrical will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
