We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)
Baseline IT Development Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers)
Qualification: BCA / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, or related IT Background)

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Full Stack Developer Freshers with a strong interest in Backend Development. If you're eager to learn, work on real-time projects, and build scalable web applications, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
Design and develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate frontend components with backend services.
Work with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Follow coding standards, version control (Git), and best development practices.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
Familiarity with MongoDB and RESTful APIs.
Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
Knowledge of API integration and asynchronous programming.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

BCA or B.Tech graduates from an IT/Computer Science background only.
0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome).
6 months of mandatory training before confirmation.
Passion for backend development and continuous learning.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
