We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing client communication, coordinating internal processes, tracking sales performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings to address inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to requests and providing timely updates.
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups between clients and the sales team.
Sales Coordination Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and maintain daily sales reports from the sales team.
Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Proposal Documentation
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
Maintain proper records of client communications, proposals, and sales activities.
Team Training Onboarding
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new sales team members.
Assist in organizing product and process training to enhance team knowledge and performance.
Ensure team members are updated on new products, policies, and sales processes.
Target Management
Monitor individual and team sales performance against assigned targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to assign and track sales targets and projections.
Highlight performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Sales Team Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Assist in managing client escalations and internal communication.
Lead Generation
Generate and qualify new sales leads through various online and offline channels.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by coordinating with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Update CRM and lead management systems with accurate information.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handovers.
Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage internal handovers to operations or product teams based on client requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development Support, or a similar role.
Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
