Title: User Acceptance Testing Coordinator
Location: Bangalore
Job Description Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the final testing phase of software development . You will act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet requirements before production deployment.
You will plan test schedules, facilitate user testing, manage defect tracking, and provide final sign-off—ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines ✅
Key Responsibilities (Common Accountabilities)
Test Planning & Strategy
- Define UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategies
- Develop test scripts and scenarios
- Ensure stability of test environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare test data
- Load testing scripts into tools for execution
- Create & maintain a central repository for UAT documentation
- Standardize testing criteria and scripts with requestors
Coordination & Execution
- Schedule and manage testing sessions
- Ensure timely execution of test scripts by business SMEs
- Establish clear processes and expectations for testers
Defect Management
- Define clear processes for defect logging
- Triage, log, and track reported bugs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve defects
Communication & Reporting
- Guide participants on UAT execution and issue reporting
- Act as the central point of contact between business & IT teams
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and results
- Facilitate communication between testers and development teams
- Manage testing calendars to ensure alignment and timelines
✅ Sign-Off & Compliance
- Review UAT requirements before prioritization
- Ensure resource availability before scheduling UAT
- Validate that all test cases are executed and documented
- Obtain final UAT approval from stakeholders
- Communicate approval for deployment readiness
Requirements
- Experience in a testing coordination or similar role
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Skills & Characteristics
- Strong team player in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with global teams across time zones
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong ownership with ability to drive tasks to closure
- ️ Experience managing UAT processes for cloud applications, exposure to Salesforce/Conga
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes
- Project management or coordination experience
