Full job description

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience creating engaging creatives for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, emailers, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Create visually appealing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Develop branding materials including logos, presentations, and promotional assets.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and marketing visuals.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.

Preferred Skills

Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
