About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Relationship Officer Interns to support our sales team in managing Direct Customers and Channel Partner (CP) relationships. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the financial services industry, customer relationship management, sales processes, and loan sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Lead Management -
Contact and qualify leads assigned by the company.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Schedule customer meetings for Relationship Managers.
- Collect preliminary customer information and required documents. - Follow up regularly until the lead progresses to login.
Channel Partner (CP) Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Coordinate with CPs for customer referrals and documentation.
- Follow up on pending cases and provide regular status updates.
- Identify and onboard potential new Channel Partners with guidance from the reporting manager.
Customer Relationship
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the loan process.
- Address basic customer queries regarding loan eligibility and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve customer experience. CRM & Reporting
- Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-up activities. - Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely status updates.
Eligibility - Final-year students or recent graduates (Any Degree). - Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications. - Willingness to travel within Chennai for customer and Channel Partner visits. - Passion for sales, customer relationship management, and financial services.
Preferred Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Good negotiation and follow-up abilities. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
