Job Description – Program Manager

Location: Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

About the Company

Skills Root Edu Tech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a leading consulting organization working with Government Departments, CSR partners, educational institutions, and development sector organizations to implement impactful education, skilling, livelihood, and social development projects across India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Program Manager to lead and manage government, CSR, and education projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program planning, implementation, stakeholder management, monitoring, reporting, team leadership, and ensuring timely achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects across different states.
Coordinate with Government Departments, CSR partners, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely implementation of project deliverables as per project timelines.
Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Coordinators, Trainers, and field teams.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide operational support.
Prepare project plans, MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, utilization reports, and documentation.
Track project milestones, budgets, risks, and compliance requirements.
Organize review meetings, trainings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
Ensure quality standards and timely submission of reports to clients and management.
Identify implementation challenges and develop practical solutions.
Support proposal development, project planning, and business expansion initiatives whenever required.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, CSR, NGO, Education, or Government projects.
Experience in managing multi-location teams and government stakeholders will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Experience in Education, Livelihood, Skill Development, or Social Sector projects will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
