Position: Administrative Executive
Location: Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place (CP), New Delhi
Experience: Fresher (0–3+ Year)
Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month

About the Firm

We are a well-established law firm with offices in Delhi and Gurgaon, along with a presence in the UK. The firm comprises approximately 12 Partners and 25–30 Associates across India, serving a diverse clientele with high standards of professionalism and client service.

Our Barakhamba Road office houses a close-knit team, including Partners and legal professionals, providing an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain exposure to the legal and corporate environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Delhi office. This role is ideal for a fresher who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office correspondence.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery.

Front Office & Coordination

Greet visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Coordinate with partners, associates, vendors, and service providers.

Travel & Logistics Support

Assist in booking travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for team members when required.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and client visits.

Documentation & Record Management

Maintain physical and digital records accurately.
Assist with document printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and filing.
Support the legal team with administrative documentation requirements.

Vendor & Facility Management

Liaise with vendors, housekeeping staff, and maintenance service providers.
Ensure office facilities are well maintained and operational.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
