Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating illustrations, graphics, UI/UX designs in Figma, short-form videos (Reels & Shorts), social media content (static and carousels), and infographics for both our website and social media platforms.

This role requires a blend of design expertise, storytelling ability, and technical creativity to deliver visually impactful content that enhances brand identity and user engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, Figma UI/UX designs, graphics, infographics, and social media content.
Proficiency in Figma.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles.
Ability to create engaging multimedia content tailored for both websites and social platforms.
Detail-oriented with excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Impeccable written and spoken English is a must.
Nice to have experience in motion graphics and animation, Knowledge of web design systems.

Role and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver illustrations, graphics (including motion graphics), and infographics for web and social media.
Create UI/UX designs and mockups in Figma for digital products and websites.
Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for social media engagement.
Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with business objectives.
Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and UI/UX best practices.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
