मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

पूरे दिन कार्यालय की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता (Hygiene) बनाए रखना।
डेस्क, फर्नीचर, ऑफिस एरिया, पैंट्री आदि की नियमित सफाई और डस्टिंग करना।
स्टाफ और आने वाले मेहमानों के लिए चाय, कॉफी, पानी एवं अन्य रिफ्रेशमेंट तैयार करना और सर्व करना।
पैंट्री को हमेशा साफ-सुथरा, व्यवस्थित और अच्छी तरह मेंटेन रखना।
कर्मचारियों की रोज़मर्रा की सामान्य ऑफिस आवश्यकताओं में सहायता करना।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर नज़दीकी दुकान/स्थान से स्टेशनरी, रिफ्रेशमेंट, दस्तावेज़ या अन्य छोटी-मोटी आवश्यक वस्तुएँ लाना या पहुँचाना।
मीटिंग रूम को व्यवस्थित करने तथा मेहमानों/विज़िटर्स को चाय, कॉफी, पानी आदि सर्व करने में सहायता करना।
यह सुनिश्चित करना कि पीने का पानी, कप, पैंट्री का सामान एवं अन्य आवश्यक वस्तुएँ हमेशा उपलब्ध रहें।
समय-समय पर आवश्यकता के अनुसार अन्य सामान्य ऑफिस सपोर्ट से जुड़े कार्य करना।

योग्यता एवं अनुभव (Qualification & Experience)

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: किसी विशेष शैक्षणिक योग्यता की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
अनुभव: फ्रेशर और अनुभवी, दोनों उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

साफ-सुथरा हो और स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखता/रखती हो।

ENGLISHKey Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office throughout the day.
Regular cleaning and dusting of desks, furniture, office areas, pantry, etc.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Keep the pantry clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
Assist employees with basic day-to-day office requirements.
Bring, collect, or deliver small items such as stationery, refreshments, documents, or other required materials from nearby shops/locations whenever required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving tea, coffee, water, etc. to guests and visitors.
Ensure that drinking water, cups, pantry supplies, and other basic necessities are always available.
Perform other simple office-support duties as required from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification: No specific educational qualification is required.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
