Job SummaryThe Real Estate Portfolio Analyst role will support and work closely with the Real Estate Portfolio Management team, which is responsible for day-to-day management, administration, and reporting on the global real estate portfolio consisting of over 250 owned and leased real estate assets including manufacturing, distribution, office, and logistics sites.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a professional real estate role involving corporate real estate, occupancy advisory, and/or lease administration.</li><li>Supports occupancy cost tracking and analysis and assists with managing and optimizing the global real estate portfolio.</li><li> Provides operational support across real estate transactions, construction, engineering, and facility operations.</li><li> Develops and delivers standard and ad-hoc reports and analyzes trends and key performance indicators to support strategic initiatives.</li><li>Maintains accuracy and integrity of the real estate database while partnering with stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve processes.</li><li>Serves as a liaison to internal and external partners by gathering requirements, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely follow-through. Supports coordination with vendors and third-party service providers and monitors deliverables, timelines, and service quality.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial real estate principles and operations; commercial real estate terminology; and financial analysis and cash flow modeling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with lease</li></ul>administration systems.
