About the Role

Nailinit is looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative Director who can take complete ownership of the brand’s visual direction and creative output. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in visual storytelling, campaign direction, production, cinematography, and premium creative execution.

The Creative Director will be responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual campaigns and ensuring a consistently premium and aspirational creative standard across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Own and define the overall visual direction and creative vision for Nailinit and its brands.
Develop the visual language, creative concepts, and storytelling approach for brand campaigns.
Direct and oversee all photoshoots and video shoots, from concept development to final execution.
Lead the complete creative production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Oversee cinematography, art direction, styling, lighting, set design, casting, and overall visual execution.
Develop campaign concepts that are visually distinctive, premium, relevant, and aligned with the brand's positioning.
Ensure premium creative quality and consistency across every campaign and communication.
Work closely with photographers, cinematographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, production houses, agencies, and other creative partners.
Create and review mood boards, storyboards, creative treatments, shot lists, and campaign references.
Ensure that every visual asset reflects the brand's identity, aesthetic, tone, and positioning.
Oversee creative execution across social media, advertising campaigns, website, e-commerce, packaging, email marketing, and other brand touchpoints.
Collaborate with the marketing, brand, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into strong creative concepts.
Review and approve final creative assets while maintaining a high level of visual and production quality.
Stay updated with global trends in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, advertising, photography, film, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
Build and maintain a strong network of creative professionals, production houses, photographers, directors, and other vendors.
Manage multiple campaigns and productions simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

6–10+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
Proven experience in leading creative campaigns from concept to final execution.
Strong understanding of visual direction, cinematography, photography, production, art direction, and storytelling.
Hands-on experience directing photoshoots and video campaigns.
Strong understanding of premium and high-end creative aesthetics.
Ability to develop a strong visual identity and maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.
Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
Experience working with creative teams, production houses, photographers, filmmakers, and agencies.
Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, styling, color, framing, editing, and visual storytelling.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing premium campaigns, brand films, photoshoots, advertising campaigns, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Background

Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, D2C, or premium consumer brands will be highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
