Full job description

Job Title: In-House Admin & Project Coordinator

Job Location : Kochi , Vytila

Salary : 20000 to 25000

Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Track master schedules for multiple interior design and fit-out projects from concept to handover.
Coordinate daily communication between clients, interior designers, site supervisors, and external contractors.
Follow up on material sampling, catalog selections, furniture procurement, and shop drawing approvals.
Maintain updated status reports and project logs for internal review meetings.

Administrative Support

Manage office correspondence, phone inquiries, and client meeting calendars.
Handle vendor and supplier paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client contracts, blueprints, and specification sheets.
Assist in preparing billing statements, quotations, and presentation documents

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in an administrative, office coordination, or project tracking role (prior experience in architecture, construction, or interior design is a strong plus).

Skills:

Exceptional organization and time-management abilities.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic project management or collaboration tools.
Basic familiarity with interior fit-out phases, materials, or reading design layouts is preferred.
