Job Description – Web Designer

Position: Web Designer
Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in designing and developing professional business websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and WordPress and be capable of creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress.
Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts using HTML5 and CSS3.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
Convert UI designs into fully functional web pages.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Update website content, banners, landing pages, and other web elements.
Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular website maintenance.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Stay updated with the latest web design trends and WordPress best practices.

Required Skills

1.5 to 3 years of experience in Web Design.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress.
Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
Knowledge of WordPress theme customization and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and website deployment.
Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in the E-commerce industry will be preferred.
Experience in designing and maintaining e-commerce websites is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple website projects efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Portfolio of live websites developed using WordPress is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.

Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on Experience)
