Front Office Executive

Company: Luster Services Private Limited

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

About Us

Luster Services Private Limited is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
Coordinate visitor entries and meeting room arrangements.
Handle courier services, office correspondence, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain office records and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Assist the HR team with interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required.
Support onboarding documentation and other administrative activities as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage.
