Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence and generate quality leads for our construction and real estate business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and video editing teams to create marketing creatives.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and monitor campaign performance.
Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Create landing pages and optimize them for lead conversion.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on digital leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Digital Marketing Certification is preferred (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industry is preferred.

Required Skills

Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
SEO & SEM knowledge.
Social Media Marketing.
Content Writing & Copywriting.
Google Analytics & Search Console.
Email Marketing.
Lead Generation.
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly qualified leads generated.
Cost per Lead (CPL).
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Website traffic and conversion rate.
Social media engagement and follower growth.
Campaign performance and ROI.
SEO ranking improvements.
Lead conversion support.
