The role focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing BI environments while supporting business intelligence and reporting needs. Job Responsibilities : Administer and manage Power BI Service (tenant-level administration). Configure and maintain workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards. Implement and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies. Manage user access, roles, and row-level security (RLS). Set up and maintain on-premises data gateways. Monitor usage metrics, performance, and capacity utilization. Perform capacity planning and optimization (Power BI Premium). Manage data refresh schedules and troubleshoot failures. Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Ensure integration with data sources (SQL, Azure, APIs, etc.). Collaborate with business teams and developers for report deployment and optimization. Support incident management, RCA, and performance tuning.
