Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Manage and coordinate with existing employees regarding day-to-day HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related information.
Follow up with employees regarding attendance, work-related concerns, policies, and HR requirements.
Assist in employee engagement, communication, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related activities and requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment and HR reports.
Assist with employee performance tracking and feedback coordination.
Support employee retention and engagement initiatives.
Assist the HR team in resolving routine employee-related queries and concerns.
Support day-to-day HR operations as required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
