Turn Data Into Decisions
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn everyday business data into clear, useful insights.
You’ll work with structured and unstructured data, build reports and dashboards, identify trends and investigate performance gaps. The role sits at the intersection of data, reporting and business decision-making, making it ideal for an analyst who enjoys both numbers and problem-solving.
You’ll collaborate with different teams, translate business questions into meaningful analysis and present findings in a way that people can actually use.
Your Day-to-Day
- Collect, clean and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyse business and operational datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
- Use SQL to extract, filter and analyse data from databases.
- Use Excel for data cleaning, analysis, formulas, PivotTables and reporting.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and meaningful data visualisations.
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify potential root causes.
- Track KPIs and prepare recurring business performance reports.
- Support teams with ad-hoc analysis and data requests.
- Translate business requirements into practical analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for reports, datasets and analytical processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence platform.
- Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard development.
- Basic Python knowledge for data analysis is an advantage.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics and analytical techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret numbers and communicate business insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
- Previous experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting or business intelligence is an advantage.
Why This Opportunity
This role gives you exposure to real business data rather than analysis in isolation. You’ll develop practical experience across SQL, Excel, Power BI, reporting, data visualisation and business analytics, while working with teams that rely on data to make decisions.
For someone building a long-term analytics career, the role can lead towards Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Senior Data Analyst or Analytics Consultant positions.
