Job Title: Office Admin ( immediate joiner)

About Us Zik Digital LLP is a 360° digital marketing agency managing paid media, content, and creative production for clients across jewellery, fashion, furniture, FMCG, and textile B2B. We're looking for a reliable Office Admin cum HR Executive to keep our day-to-day operations and people processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office administration — printouts, courier, stationery/supplies stock, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, and route them to the right team members
Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, IT/equipment repairs, and housekeeping
Support meeting/event logistics as needed
Manage the full onboarding process for new joiners: offer letter, joining formalities, ID/access setup, induction schedule, and welcome kit
Collect and maintain employee documentation — ID proof, address proof, bank details, emergency contact numbers, and other personal records
Maintain the employee master data sheet and keep HR records up to date
Track attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for monthly inputs
Assist with exit formalities — full & final settlement documentation, exit checklist, access revocation
Be the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR and office processes
Act as the communication link between the team and the Head/Reporting Manager — promptly pass on updates, requests, and important information from the team to the manager
Come prepared with relevant information/updates before check-ins with the manager, flagging anything urgent without being asked

Requirements

Prior experience in office administration and/or HR support role preferred (freshers welcome to apply for the internship track)
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to relay information quickly and clearly
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Discretion in handling confidential employee information
