Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth and timely financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

· Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

· Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.

· Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

· Prepare and review monthly financial reports and statements.

· Ensure timely recording and verification of accounting entries.

· Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounting and payment-related queries.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

· Support the finance team in other accounting and reporting activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

· Laptop is compulsory

· Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,785.50 - ₹35,507.99 per month
