Full job description

Eltro Cyberchrome Private Limited is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The primary responsibility is to generate genuine and qualified customer leads for the company’s software products, technology services and business solutions.

Generated leads will be transferred to the Business Development Executive for customer consultation, proposals and sales conversion. The Performance Marketing Executive must use feedback from the business-development team to continuously improve campaign targeting and lead quality.

This is a performance-marketing position, not an organic social-media posting role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads
Research target customers, industries, locations, audiences and competitors
Create campaign strategies, budgets and performance targets
Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Manage Google Search, Display, remarketing and other suitable campaigns
Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
Create custom, lookalike, remarketing and interest-based audiences
Prepare advertising copy, headlines and calls to action
Coordinate with designers for images, videos and other advertising creatives
Coordinate with developers for landing pages, forms and conversion tracking
Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Configure lead, form, WhatsApp, call and website-conversion events
Test all forms, links and tracking before campaign launch
Monitor daily advertising budgets and prevent unnecessary expenditure
Analyse CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rate and lead quality
Conduct audience, creative, keyword and landing-page tests
Pause underperforming advertisements and recommend improvements
Scale successful campaigns only after management approval
Review search terms and maintain negative-keyword lists
Identify fake, duplicate, irrelevant and low-quality leads
Coordinate with the Business Development Executive regarding lead quality
Track leads from advertisement to qualified opportunity and customer
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly campaign reports
Maintain campaign plans, budget records and optimisation history
Protect advertising accounts, billing information and customer data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on performance-marketing experience
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
Practical experience with Google Ads
Experience running lead-generation campaigns
Understanding of campaign budgeting and optimisation
Working knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion events
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Experience with keyword and audience research
Understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR and conversion rate
Ability to evaluate lead quality, not only lead volume
Ability to prepare accurate campaign reports
Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
Good English and Malayalam communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience generating leads for software or technology services
Experience with B2B lead-generation campaigns
Landing-page optimisation experience
Familiarity with CRM and lead-management systems
Meta or Google Ads certification
Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools
Experience coordinating with designers, developers and sales teams

WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should currently reside in Kerala
Personal laptop or desktop computer
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Smartphone with an active mobile connection
Quiet and professional working environment
Availability Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Ability to attend online meetings and screen-sharing sessions
Prompt response during working hours
Ability to handle company and customer data securely

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
