Job Description: Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator with 5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our strategy, creative, and technical teams, ensuring that our digital marketing campaigns, content pipelines, and SEO strategies are executed flawlessly and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and understands how content writing and SEO work together to drive organic growth.

Role: Project Coordinator
Experience Required: 5 years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Project Timeline Management: Build, maintain, and track project schedules, ensuring all tasks move smoothly through the pipeline from conception to final delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between content writers, SEO specialists, graphic designers, and developers to keep everyone aligned on goals and deadlines.
Content & SEO QA (Quality Assurance): Review content deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, align with the brand voice, and adhere to SEO best practices (keyword placement, formatting, and meta data).
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to internal team members or freelancers based on project priorities and bandwidth.
Reporting & Tracking: Monitor project performance using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira, and provide weekly updates to stakeholders on project statuses, potential bottlenecks, and milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven 5 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a digital marketing agency or an in-house marketing department.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including paid media, social media, and email campaigns.
SEO & Content Expertise: Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals (on-page, technical, and keyword research) and a strong grasp of what makes high-quality, engaging written content.
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira) and basic marketing/SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with teams and drafting project briefs.
Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
