About Tooshmoda

Tooshmoda is the premium direct-to-consumer fashion brand of Woolgold India, offering luxury scarves, shawls, throws, and lifestyle accessories crafted from the world's finest natural fibers. We are building a globally recognized luxury brand with exceptional attention to detail, aesthetics, and customer experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Packaging Executive who will ensure that every element of the Tooshmoda brand reflects a premium luxury experience. From packaging and product presentation to website visuals and marketing materials, you will maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain consistency in Tooshmoda's brand identity across all platforms.
Develop and coordinate premium packaging, gift boxes, shopping bags, tissue paper, ribbons, hang tags, labels, and product inserts.
Ensure all designs follow the brand's colour palette, typography, logo usage, and visual guidelines.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, printers, and packaging suppliers.
Review and approve branding elements before production.
Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to maintain a consistent luxury look across the website, social media, catalogues, advertisements, and product photography.
Assist in developing seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches.
Research global luxury brands to identify trends in packaging, branding, and customer experience.
Help create a memorable luxury unboxing experience for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, Branding, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in branding, packaging, fashion, luxury retail, or premium consumer products.
Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
