Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, scripting, ITSM modules, integrations, and workflow customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both client-side and server-side development, ServiceNow APIs, ACLs, UI Policies, and ServiceNow ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow Platform using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and other web-based scripting technologies.
Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, including:
Catalog Client Scripts
Business Rules
Script Actions
Script Includes
UI Policies
Workflows
Work with ServiceNow Client and Server APIs, including:
GlideForm
GlideRecord
GlideAggregate
GlideDialogWindow
Configure and manage ServiceNow administration activities, including:
Reports and dashboards
Email notifications
Homepages
Form personalization
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows and automation processes.
Configure and maintain security access using Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, conditions, and advanced scripts.
Perform ACL configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Configure and support Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, Web Services, database integrations, and instance connections.
Set up and manage MID Servers and support Update Set migration across ServiceNow environments.
Develop and support internal, external, and third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Asset Management
Service Catalog
Work with ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Performance Analytics, Orchestration, Asset Management, and ServiceWatch.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and project budgets.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong experience with:
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
ACLs
UI Policies
Workflows
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Experience with ServiceNow Client and Server APIs, including GlideForm, GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, and GlideDialogWindow.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services, Scripted Web Services, and direct web service integrations.
Knowledge of Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, MID Server configuration, Update Sets, and database integrations.
Good understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

The following ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 per year
