Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers until the sale is closed.
Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance whenever required.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams for booking, documentation, and registration processes.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Attend exhibitions, property events, and promotional activities as required.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
