Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Must own a two-wheeler for local client visits.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and power distribution.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, visiting industrial and commercial customers, understanding their electrical panel requirements, coordinating with the estimation and design teams, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and approach new customers.
Visit industries, factories, contractors, builders, consultants, and OEMs.
Generate enquiries for electrical panels and power distribution products.
Conduct regular customer meetings.
Develop relationships with decision-makers.

Client Visits

Visit customer sites daily using your own vehicle.
Conduct product presentations.
Understand customer requirements.
Collect technical information required for quotations.
Submit daily visit reports.

Sales Activities

Generate enquiries for:
LT Panels
PCC Panels
MCC Panels
APFC Panels
PLC Panels
VFD Panels
AMF Panels
Bus Ducts
Compact Substations
Cable Trays
Rising Mains
Follow up on submitted quotations.
Coordinate with estimation and design teams.
Convert enquiries into purchase orders.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-up until order closure.

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities.
Collect market intelligence.
Develop new consultants, contractors, and industrial customers.

Reporting

Maintain daily visit reports.
Update enquiry status.
Prepare weekly sales reports.
Maintain customer database in Excel/CRM.
Submit monthly performance reports.
