Full job description

We are looking for a HR & Office Executive to manage the day-to-day office operations, employee management, in-house recruitment, and coordination with digital marketing clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining employee records, supporting the hiring process, and coordinating with clients for ongoing marketing activities and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall day-to-day office administration and operations.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Handle in-house recruitment for the organization's staffing requirements.
Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Monitor employee schedules, work coordination, and general HR-related requirements.
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, approvals, and ongoing work.
Follow up with clients for pending requirements, content, approvals, payments, and campaign-related updates.
Maintain proper records of client communication, follow-ups, and project status.
Coordinate between clients and internal marketing/design teams to ensure timely execution of work.
Support management in maintaining a professional, organized, and productive office environment.
Handle general administrative tasks and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Experience or understanding of digital marketing coordination is an advantage.

Experience

6 month – 3 years of experience in HR, office administration, operations, client coordination, or a similar role. Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
