Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Certinia PSA implementation, configuration, customization, support, and integration.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement scalable PSA solutions supporting professional services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Certinia PSA implementation, configuration, and customization on the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and manage core Certinia PSA modules including:
- Resource Management
- Project Management
- Time & Expense Management
- Project Billing
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Certinia PSA solutions.
- Analyze professional services business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot Certinia PSA issues.
- Optimize existing Certinia PSA environments for improved performance and usability.
- Support integration of Certinia PSA with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party ERP/financial systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-transfer sessions for end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of overall Salesforce ecosystem experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services business processes, including:
- Resource and Capacity Planning
- Utilization
- Project Management
- Time & Expense
- Project Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Strong Salesforce declarative configuration experience, including:
- Salesforce Flows
- Custom Objects
- Validation Rules
- Page Layouts
- Profiles and Permission Sets
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have
- Active Certinia / FinancialForce PSA Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for troubleshooting and understanding customizations.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and third-party financial/ERP systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from the Noida office.
- Strong experience in Certinia PSA implementation/support is mandatory.
