Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Lead Generator to identify new business opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, networking, and communication skills with a proven track record in business development and lead generation. Candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of Pioneers Global Associates. Candidate will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels.

Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market reach.

Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, etc

. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and special promotions.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Proposal & Pitching: Prepare and present business proposals, sales presentations, and pricing negotiations.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.

Technical Skills: • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.). • Familiarity with lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales strategies. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in B2B sales, IT services, finance, or SaaS industries. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media lead generation. • Certification in sales, business development, or marketing is a plus point.
