Company: Yuvaarth Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Role: Business Development Executive
Work Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Compensation: 10% Commission per Successfully Closed Deal

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help us bring new clients and projects for our creative and digital services.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, reach out to them, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying clients.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will be responsible for generating leads and closing projects for services such as:

Video Editing
Graphic Designing
Social Media Management
Social Media Content Creation
Other Creative & Digital Marketing Services

Key Responsibilities

Find businesses, startups, creators, brands, and individuals who need creative services.
Generate and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
Reach out to potential clients and introduce our services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with our team for proposals and quotations.
Follow up with leads and negotiate with potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into successfully closed projects.
Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Commission Structure

Earn 10% commission on every deal you successfully close.

There is no fixed salary for this role. Your earnings are directly linked to the business you generate.

The more business you bring in, the more you earn.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in approaching and speaking with potential clients
Good understanding of social media and digital services
Ability to identify businesses that could benefit from our services
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Previous sales/business development experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Freelancers, students, and individuals with a strong network are welcome to apply
