Full job description

We are seeking experienced Accountants to join our team on a fully remote basis. Candidates must be able to work U.S. business hours and have solid expertise in QuickBooks and U.S. tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file U.S. tax returns in compliance with IRS regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Perform general ledger functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
Maintain timely and accurate financial records across multiple entities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

QuickBooks experience is required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
Familiarity with SOX compliance (a plus).
Experience supporting financial audits.
Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while coordinating remotely.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in multi-entity or multi-business accounting.
At least 2 years of professional accounting experience.
