Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, service retention, repeat visits and revenue growth for the Hyundai Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing service marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, service camps, follow-ups and promotional activities.

The role is particularly focused on bringing existing Hyundai customers back to the workshop and increasing customer loyalty and service revenue. Hyundai's own service programs emphasize customer engagement, service retention, vehicle health checks, value-added services and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase service bookings and workshop vehicle inflow.
Plan campaigns to improve customer retention and repeat service visits.
Identify customers due for periodic maintenance and coordinate follow-up activities.
Conduct customer outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email and digital platforms.
Plan and execute service camps, customer meets and promotional activities.
Promote seasonal campaigns such as AC check-up, monsoon check-up and other Hyundai service campaigns.
Promote service packages, periodic maintenance, extended warranty, roadside assistance, accessories and other value-added services.
Coordinate with the Service Advisors and CRM team to convert leads into service appointments.
Monitor appointment bookings, customer responses and conversion rates.
Prepare customer databases and segment customers based on service history, vehicle age and service due dates.
Develop strategies to recover lost customers and inactive customers.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure marketing campaigns match available service capacity.
Monitor competitors' service offers, campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Develop promotional materials such as posters, WhatsApp creatives, SMS campaigns and social media content.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners when required.
Track campaign performance and calculate lead generation, appointment conversion and revenue generated.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service retention.
Work closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, CRM and Sales teams.
Ensure all marketing activities follow Hyundai/dealership policies and brand guidelines.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and digital marketing tools preferred.

Experience

5+years of experience in automobile dealership/service marketing, CRM, customer retention or after-sales operations preferred.
Experience in a Hyundai or other passenger-car dealership will be an advantage.
