Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs.
Able to operate laser machine.
Able to operate bending machine.
Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Translate technical requirements into machine control instructions or input programs.
Load raw materials, tools, fixtures, and accessories onto machines.
Monitor CNC machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs (cleaning, lubrication, tool changes).
Detect and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
Complete production documentation, logs, and inspection reports accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and policies.
