Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/MD

Location: Anand, Gujarat
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Age: 25–45 Years
Salary: Based on experience and interview

About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional, confident, and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO/MD. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and confidential support to the CEO/MD.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO/MD.
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on important action items.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and related coordination.
Accompany the CEO/MD during domestic and international business travel when required.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate with clients, business partners, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Perform other executive and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic business documentation.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to travel frequently – domestic and international.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
