Job Description:

Direct tax and indirect tax matters from filling of returns to dealing with department officials for notices, assessments, audits, investigations, and appeals.
Preparation of certificates as required under Income tax Act, GST Act and any law for the time being in force.
PF, ESI and PT compliances.
Drafting of deeds and registration thereof with registrars.
Assisting client with advises in taxation related matters in consultation with partners.
Any other taxation related matters.
