Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) to manage accounting, banking, and financial compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, banking operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking transactions.
Prepare and process bank payments, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and cheque transactions.
Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, account opening/closure, and other banking formalities.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconcile ledger balances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation in compliance with company policies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
Work closely with management to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications

CA Intermediate (Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and banking operations preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or ERP systems.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
