Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
Supervise laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
Conduct quality control procedures and maintain quality assurance standards.
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure compliance with NABH, hospital, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and laboratory reports.
Assist pathologists and clinicians with diagnostic requirements when necessary.
Adhere to infection control, biosafety, and workplace safety protocols.
Participate in staff training and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Sc. MLT / DMLT; M.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with supervisory experience preferred.
