HR & Admin Executive – Job Description

Company: Techsol Engineers
Position: HR & Admin Executive
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and administration activities. The role will involve employee lifecycle management, HRMS coordination, attendance and leave management, recruitment support, employee engagement and general office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Coordinate joining documentation, induction and employee orientation.
Maintain employee master data in Keka HRMS.
Monitor attendance, leave and employee records.
Coordinate attendance regularization and HRMS-related queries.
Support payroll inputs including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits and salary revisions.
Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related records.

Recruitment Support

Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
Post job openings through relevant recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Coordinate offer releases and pre-joining documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Employee Engagement

Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Coordinate HR Connect, employee events, training programmes and cultural activities.
Support employee communication and internal announcements.
Assist in collecting employee feedback and addressing routine concerns.

Administration

Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
Coordinate office facilities, housekeeping, security and maintenance.
Maintain records of company assets and employee-related administrative documents.
Coordinate employee accommodation/PG requirements wherever applicable.
Support travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
Coordinate vendor and service-provider requirements.
Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

Maintain employee files and confidential HR documents.
Coordinate transfers, promotions and salary revisions.
Support disciplinary and employee relations documentation.
Coordinate Full & Final Settlement and exit clearance.
Ensure timely issuance of employment-related letters and certificates.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HR operations and administration.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, preferably Keka.
Basic understanding of payroll, attendance and leave processes.
Good recruitment coordination skills.
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
2–3 years of experience in HR Operations & Administration.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, responsive and employee-focused, with the ability to manage both HR operations and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
