Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Prepare letters, emails, reports, quotations, and other business correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, transporters, and service providers.
Manage courier dispatches and incoming/outgoing mail.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Maintain employee attendance records and leave documentation, if assigned.
Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation arrangements when required.
Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) and document control.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.
Professional attitude and positive work ethic.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferred).
Knowledge of Tally ERP Prime systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
