Sales Executive – International Business

What You'll Do Sales

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and customer visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, quality, and production teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Sourcing & Procurement

Identify and develop new suppliers worldwide.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Source pharmaceutical ingredients, food ingredients, excipients, APIs, and specialty chemicals.
Request and review product documentation including COAs, TDS, SDS, and regulatory certifications.
Coordinate product sampling, supplier qualification, and vendor approvals.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.

We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, Business Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building new customer relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
